Brian Johnstone, GMB Scotland Regional Officer, said “The protest is against the cuts that are going to get made against social care.
As far as I am concerned they are attacking the vulnerable in West Dunbartonshire. People that have paid their rents and rates all these years and when they are looking for a wee bit back the council has decided to reduce the money they spend on social care for the elderly and the needy.”
